Welcome to our new website.  We’re very excited to be here and look forward to helping out with many projects.  For anyone who is curious there is a reason we have used a sexton beetle as the basis for our logo.  It was the first rarer and more unusual species I found as I started out as a professional ecologist.  The beetles have a fascinating lifestyle: detecting freshly dead animals from up to two miles away, flying very fast to reach them, burying them, pairing and mating and with the pairs then staying to raise the grubs, a rare example of parental care in insects.  How does that relate to us at Richard Graves Associates?  I’d go with: rapid response, looking beneath the surface and providing more care and attention than expected.  Let us know what you think?
